Freshly Renovated Bungalow – Monthly Stays!Summary:This early 1900’s bungalow has been completely renovated to keep up with modern times while maintaining its beautiful originality. This is made evident in the large trim and tall ceilings throughout. The gorgeous hardwood floors are completely original and have been refinished to pristine condition. We offer a generous front porch with original hand rails and balusters to showcase that true southern living.The Space:We have an extremely spacious 2 bed/2 bath. It was converted from an original 3 bedroom and we even added a large addition off of the back of the house. The master bedroom is more than generous, with a huge walk-in closet and true master bath with separate tub and shower. You will not be disappointed in this luxurious space. The other bedroom has a spacious closet and quick access to the shared bath as well. We have a HUGE eat-in kitchen with a never-ending island that has enough space to host your own cooking show on.Guest Access:You have the entire house to yourself, with a huge driveway off the side. Comes with cable/internet and a security/alarm system.The Neighborhood:We are just a couple of blocks north of the Baldwin Park neighborhood near some new local restaurants/breweries. Not far at all from Daffin Park – great for running/riding bikes! Wholefoods is only 1.5 miles from the house, less than 5 minute drive.Getting Around:Though we’re not in a prime location to walk to everything, there are bus stops not far at all and of course Uber/Lyft are always easy to hire.Other Things to Note:We offer a security/alarm system and has a camera which is for security purposes only but we do keep that monitored to our discretion.
