Located just a half block off West Main Street this gem boasts historic construction and has plenty of Fredericksburg charm! Two cozy bedrooms, both with Queen beds offer plenty of space for four guests. A full kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, stove, coffee pot and microwave provide just the space needed to stay in and enjoy your meals. After a long day of exploring our charming town, come back and take a soak in the relaxing clawfoot tub (w/ hand held shower), or enjoy the hot tub out back! Historic, Charming and just blocks from so many great things to do, Don’t miss out Book Friday Haus now!***** Rates for this property are based on double occupancy, additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $35 per person per night- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
