You will LOVE the views from the 800 sf private beach balcony on the 9th floor! This condo is 1550 sf and has been extensively renovated. There are stainless steel Bosch appliances in the kitchen along with gorgeous custom cabinets and large span quartz countertops. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee maker (kcup and carafe), blender, toaster, large pots, plenty of dishware, glassware and cutlery. The table seats 8 with 4 barstools for additional seating at the kitchen island. You’ll find tons of patio seating: 3 four top Berlin Gardens sets, plus other PVC furniture. Enjoy al fresco dining or enjoy a beverage with a view from one of 2 chaise lounges. The bedrooms (upstairs) are King, Queen and Queen plus a Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area (downstairs).
