Beautiful 3 bedroom home beachfront. Nicely furnished with complete kitchen, bed linens, all appliances. 1 1/2 bath upstairs and 2 shower rooms and 1/2 bath down in garage. Nice screened in porch upstairs with view of the ocean. There is also access to 2 nice public beach paths either side of house (2 houses one way & 3 houses the other). Beach is at this part of Sullivan’s Island about 300 to 400ft from houses with a coastal maritime beach forest between houses and sand dunes. We are considered station 27 which is closer to Isle of Palms / Breach Inlet than the Charleston Harbour.
