The unit has in unit washer/dryer.Lanai: Bar top for 2 people with ocean view.Stay Aloha provides all needed essentials for your stay up to 1 week. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not stock extra and supply more than most companies/hosts. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.NO BOOKING FEES!We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. The resort has a swimming pool, BBQ area, tennis courts, elevators, and tropical landscaping with fountains.PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
