We will confirm your reservation and e-mail the GRANT SERENE AGREEMENT for you to read, complete, initial and e-sign prior to your stay.We are a pet friendly home for small to medium size dog(s) less than 50 lbs. Please send us an inquiry with your dog’s details (name, size, breed, if you plan to have more than one, and upload a picture), for pre-approval BEFORE making your reservation. Upon pet approval, a $150.00 pet fee, per pet, per stay, shall be added to your reservation and the PET ADDENDUM shall be completed and signed. We wish we could allow all dogs, of all sizes and breeds, to stay at our property, but we are limited by our insurance.Please send us an inquiry if your vacation plans include having a SERVICE ANIMAL or an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL on the property. The ANIMAL ASSISTANCE ADDENDUM shall be completed and signed. We allow VRBO payments to be divided up to 3 installments: 35% due at the time of booking, 35% due 65 days before check-in and 30% due 35 days before check-in.We offer contactless check-in and check-out. Our Guests choose their own access code to use the ADT Security system (optional) and for keyless entry. Guests may check-in any time AFTER 4:00 PM EST and check-out any time BEFORE 10:00 AM EST.We pride ourselves on a clean and well-maintained home. PARKER BLISS has routine maintenance services performed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Such as lawn care, pool service, salt delivery, pest control, A/C & pool heater maintenance, etc.We provide a dog friendly environment. This NO SMOKING policy includes all forms of smoking (e.g. marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.).NO events, NO parties, NO large gatherings permitted.Occupancy shall not exceed the maximum occupancy (6) and/or maximum number of vehicles (3). Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. The lanai is 25′ x 9-1/2′, UV protected, screened enclosure, providing additional protection from the sun and bugs. There is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, pizza maker, BBQ grill and sink. Two ceiling fans and a large dining table for 6 make evening meals a breeze. There is a smaller table for 4 that children will enjoy using. No need to go inside the house to use the bathroom, there is a convenient, air-conditioned, half bathroom on the back lanai. In the cool evenings relax in the heated hot tub.Step outside the back lanai and enter the 54′ x 34′, UV protected, screen enclosure and you will find a breathtaking, brand new (2023), 32′ x 15′, geometric, custom built, saltwater, swimming pool. The pool depth is 3’6″ at the shallow end that slopes down to a pool depth of 5’6″ at the deep end. It is electric heated to take the chill out when the weather is cooler. Privacy WILL surround the pool enclosure by Areca palm trees and Calusa bushes when they grow and mature. A pool barrier fence encloses the pool for the safety of children. At the deep end of the pool (5′ 6″), an inviting 7′ x 10′ sun shelf awaits you to soak up the Florida sun sitting on the ledge chairs in 6 inches of wate. Here you can listen to the soothing sounds of the water bubbler / fountain. The built in pool bench provides additional seating to gather family and friends around the sun shelf.Before or after swimming enjoy a soothing outdoor rainfall shower from head to toe. From dusk to dawn the lanai lights will illuminate the pool area creating a serene ambience. You can control the lanai lights with a remote to change colors, dim the lights, or turn them off for a restful night’s sleep. Experience the comfort of polywood loungers and chairs in the back lanai and around the pool. Bring your night swimming to life with two (2) colorful pool LED lights and one (1) in the bubbler / fountain.ADT Security protects GRANT SERENE and its Guests. There is audio, motion-activated cameras viewing the street, sidewalk, outside & inside the enclosed front porch (video doorbell), driveway, inside the garage, each side of the house, and pool area. Each camera or viewable area is identified with a security sticker, label or sign. The security cameras are not monitored 24 hrs/day but they can be viewed live when notifications are received and when video clips are captured by motion. There are no security cameras inside the home.StarLink Satellite high-speed Internet / Wi-Fi is available to connect your personal devices.GRANT SERENE has Ecobee smart thermostat; a smart thermostat that is both energy efficient and helps to keep you comfortable. Ecobee communicates with its Smart room sensors, windows or door sensors. Ecobee Smart room sensors are located in the living room, kitchen, and each bedroom. Ecobee will automatically adjust the temperature based on home activity and humidity levels. Ecobee allows our Guests to adjust the temperature within a specified range. The temperature range may be restricted when the Florida temperatures are extremely hot to avoid the A/C from freezing. The Ecobee thermostat is so smart that it will turn the A/C off when a window or door is left open and turn the A/C back on when all windows and doors are closed.There is an Amazon Echo Dot (Alexa) in the living room that is used to announce / chime when someone is at the sidewalk / outside the front porch or pushes the Blink video doorbell. This doorbell is in place in case the front porch screen door is locked. Our Guests have the ability to unplug the Amazon Echo Dot (Alexa).The Living Room has a 75″ Samsung Smart TV, with DISH Network satellite TV service and 3.1 Polk surround sound system. Bluetooth speakers allow you to connect your own phone / media devices to listen to music when you are not watching TV.
