This is a year-round home, built around a converted central barn, which now contains the master bedroom and bath upstairs and a dining room and fireplaced living room with water views and a seperate sitting/tv room downstairs. The two flanking wings (built in 1993) comprise a modern gourmet eat-in kitchen with commercial range and cooking fireplace, and on the other side a bedroom wing with two large downstairs bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) and bath and a floor-thru upstairs bedroom with a double bed and two twins and seperate bath.. The front deck has a sunset view of Menemsha Harbor and Aquinnah and the ocean beyond. Away from the water side is a a flower garden, out buildings, and a large lawn area shaded with tall oaks. Menemsha with its harbor full of boats, its two fish markets, grocery store, antique and clothing shops and Menemsha Beach itself is a short walk away.
