The dining table comfortably seats 4 with two chairs and two benches.★Bedrooms & Bathroom:Both bedrooms feature queen beds and have wood flooring, with one room offering a desk, closet, and serene green views. Bedding & linens are included.The Master bedroom boasts a dresser and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub/shower combo, and an additional powder room.Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.★Balcony:Outdoor seating on the balcony provides a perfect spot to unwind with a single seater and ottoman to put up your feet, a table with two chairs, a lamp and plants for ambience.★Accessories:Beach lovers will appreciate the included accessories— beach chairs and an umbrella.★Laundry:A communal laundry room is available (requires quarters) on the ground floor.Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.★Parking:Outdoor covered parking includes a reserved spot & additional guest parking found at the back of the building.★Miscellaneous:Elevator access makes your stay seamless.Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office – Sarasota downtown.★Location:Downtown Sarasota – 5 min driveSiesta Key Beach – 10 min driveLido Beach – 15-20 min drive★Important Notes & Rules:This rental requires approval from the Home Owners Association (HOA), which involves a background check and interview and takes up to 14 days to process before arrival.
