This home features a King Size Master suite, a Queen Size bedroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds. The massive pool deck and oversized fully fenced yard make this home one to remember! There are no carpets in the home, and a large living room and open concept kitchen make this the perfect home for larger families to enjoy.All bedrooms have smart TV’s so you can enjoy all of your favorite shows and streaming while here.The pool and spa can be heated together or separately in the cooler months if desired, NB: there is an additional charge for this service, please enquire prior to arrival.This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bring your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 chargeIn lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
