The neighborhood is gorgeous surrounded by green belts, parks and beautiful vibrant trees!-The house itself is a 3 bedroom 2 bath one story home.-It is fully equipped with sheets, pillows, towels, shampoo/body wash, and all of your kitchen needs!-Children Friendly home with a pack n play & full sized crib as well as booster highchair.-For entertainment there’s a fantastic sized pool along with outdoor seating. Internet is included and every TV is a SmarTV-It’s a spotless peaceful home perfect for any weekend or week long trip!FULL DISCLOSURE: If you are booking in the cooler months October-April and would like to use the pool heater: it is an ADDITIONAL FEE of $75 per day that you use it.It’s heated to 87 degrees.I need a 24 hour notice of the dates you would like it heated before checking in to have it set at the perfect temperature upon arrival.We are committed to providing a great stay!
