Close by amenities include Saratoga Spa Golf Course, Spas, Hannaford Grocery store within 5 minutes, Stewarts Shops for their famous ice cream , banks. The open concept, fully equipped kitchen/living room is warm and inviting and features an electric fireplace and a big screen smart TV. Expansive Primary suite plus 3 other bedrooms and another full bath complete the main level, while on the lower level you will find a second Livingroom/family room with a big screen smart TV, 5th bedroom, full bath with washer and dryer, and a heated/cooled game room with pool table, ping pong table, darts, Chess set, Backgammon set, Rummy Cube Game, Rummy Card Game Kit, bar stools, and a second full size fridge. Back yard is generous- Hot Tub will ensure a relaxing environment YEAR ROUND, while the pool will ensure the family fun in the summer months, plus a Pagoda with seating and dual heat “firetable”(cold months)/or dining table in the summer, and a cozy wood burning firepit area with comfy chairs and wool blankets(please bring your own wood). Extremely convenient location. Central AC and hot air heat system. Home will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay- we are conscientious of the times we l live in and want to safeguard everyone. Sheets and towels are provided and professionally cleaned. Sorry, NO PETS allowed. Security cameras in the front and back, overlooking back yard and pool area.
