The third floor is an open loft office space and is equipped with a high end Fully standing desk, Autonomous adjustable chair, and HDMI monitor, perfect for those that need a set up to work from home. We also have two high quality Twin XL (easily fit adults) folding beds with memory foam mattresses stationed on the third floor. The patio space is private and features a propane grill and patio dining set with an umbrella and string lights. PLEASE NOTE: Our neighbors may walk through the patio at times to retrieve packages, as often they are delivered on our patio.North Park is one of the hippest neighborhoods in San Diego. Boasting a walk score of “93 – Walker’s Paradise” you’ll have numerous coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, bars, grocery stores, all within a few blocks. Furthermore, you are a 10 minute walk from Balboa Park.
