Enjoy all nearby attractions like Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, Hole in the Rock, and Phoenix Zoo.The community offers amenities including a non-heated pool, hot tub, and basketball court (shared amenities).This 2-story home boasts modern finishes, vaulted ceiling, cozy living area, formal dining, a fully-stocked kitchen, and updated amenities. Perfect for those who come to the city to work or relax!The downstairs welcomes you with a cozy living area or small family room where you can relax or watch on the 65″ Smart TV. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat and the open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and has everything for your cooking needs. There is half bathroom and a full lake view from the kitchen & formal dining.We have 4 bedrooms upstairs. The large master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and has direct access to balcony that overlooks the lake. The other 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds each and share a full bathroom.There is also a great backyard with outdoor seating where you can gather around and have a morning coffee while looking at the lake. The boat is not accessible to guests.An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and 2 parking spaces in front of the house are all provided during your stay!Looking forward to hosting you!*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.*The garage and boat are not accessible to guests.*There are security cameras on the front door and backyard only.
