This is not monitored but does record when triggered. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This device measures decibel levels throughout the property and does not record sound. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Any noise violation reported either by Minut or a disturbed neighbor will result in a warning. The second offense will result in a $100 fine and is subject to immediate cancellation without refund. The third offense is $500 and subject to immediate cancellation without refund. These technologies and conditions in place to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure.
