Fully Renovated Townhouse — 5 minute walk to Beach and Boardwalk!!This recently renovated two floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and is only a block and a half walk to the Seaside Boardwalk! The first floor has the living room, a modern kitchen, a breakfast area and a half bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with a full bathroom, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. A stacked washer and dryer are also located in the unit.Four (4) beach badges are included with rental!Immediately outside the front door is a cozy deck, perfect for eating, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. One assigned off-street parking space is also provided.Please note that this is a NO PET, NON-SMOKING UNIT.This is a small quiet condominium complex with several year-round residents, so we do not accept prom or party rentals.Any bookings between May 1 and June 30 shall require the rental information to be provided and rental agreement to be signed and returned by all occupants within 48 hours of booking or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. During this time we have a blackout period of no groups shall have any guests between ages of 15 and 25 even if accompanied by an adult. After July 1, these restrictions do not apply.Any bookings commencing on a Sunday must be a minimum 3 night stay.
