Short Uber elsewhere (ie The Galleria)Listing Features:-This is a completely private studio unit with your own entrance and free parking, we also have a patio with seating area.-Books/magazines provided-Big bathroom, Computer Desk and a big walk in closet-Mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, tea, sugar, milk, cutlery, glasses and cups.-Towels and Toiletries (toothpaste & toothbrushes, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner)-Ironing Board, Hair Dryer and Iron-Apple TV with Streaming service and TV with channels-Premium sheets, towels, bath mat, blankets, etc-Houston bike station rental 1 block away-Cross-fit gym 1 block away that accepts walk-ins-Excellent location! Close to: Downtown, GB Convention Center, Medical Center, EeDo, Galleria, The Heights, Montrose, Post Oak, Baseball Football, Soccer, Basketball-Closest restaurant for breakfast/dinner/lunch is a 5 min walk-Two nearby parks for exercise or leisure-Closest cleaners is a 6 min walk-Closest supermarket is 9 min walk-Closest Pharmacy is a 10 min walk-Closest Bar is a 5 min walkGuest access:-There’s a Lock box outside with a code you will need to get the key-Check-in any time you want after 3 PM-Check-out is at 11 AM-Feel free to use your outdoor patio at any time-Parking anywhere outside the gate, it’s neighborhood street parking (free at any time)Interaction with guests:-Text me or call me if you need anything-You get the entire bottom floor with private entrance & patioThe neighborhood:Midtown is a very walk-able neighborhood, you don’t need a car if you stay here unless you are going to the outside of the city. There will be some tips provided inside the unit but ask me if you need anything.Getting around:-Walk-There’s a bus stop 300 feet away-Metro rail Stop is 8 min walk-The rest of the Houston are is a short Uber away-Drive if you have toOther things to note:- Please be respectful of your neighbors.- Remember you should enter at the BACK of the property (This is a duplex).- No pets or smoking in the house (no cig, vapes, hookah, cigars, marijuana, etc). Smoking or pets in the property will result in a $200 deep cleaning fee.- Any damages or violations will be charged to guest.- 24 hour recorded surveillance on the outside of the property for your safety and security as well as the neighbours.- Lock all doors/gates and turn off lights/AC behind you when you enter/exit.- Note that checkout is at 11AM and check-in is after 3PM. Any non approved late check-outs or early check-in will result in a $50 fee if within an hr or a full day fare if longer.DISCLOSURE:- Host/Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs within the premises or its facilities.- We are not responsible for the lost of guest belongings, valuables or losses to personal property caused by nature, interruption of utilities or burglary.-About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people and we would love to allow pets without discrimination, but we use this property as our living space when not hosting guests and our child suffers from severe pet allergies. As such we can only welcome guest with no pets.
