Upon arrival, the touch screen willprompt the guests to enter the access code or an option to call our 24-hour guardhouse forassistance. Once the guest enters your unique 5-digit gate code the gate will open.This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they’ll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
