This large, comfortable home is a dream rental for people looking to be in the heart of it all, yet feel at home in a creative house on a large, private and peaceful estate.Perfectly situation for easy Austin enjoyment, we have hosted quite a few families, reunions, a small wedding, girls’ weekends, corporate groups for SXSW, and other similar gatherings. Free parking is available, and the house is clean and private.QUIRKY CHARMThis house exudes charm. No two rooms are alike. It leans more toward the creative than traditional. Aside from the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms, there are six additional rooms that can be bedrooms or fun rooms depending on the size of your group. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if extra sleeping space is required. There are two bathrooms, including a high-ceiling cathedral shower with a window in one, and an antique clawfoot tub/shower in the other. The kitchen is full of windows and light, with Thermador stove and appliances, and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room is spacious and warm.
