Description
This is a double-wide trailer that feels and looks like a house inside. It’s fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room, dining room and a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Catch sunsets from the patio or take a 1 minute long walk to the point.No guarantee of the river view/no dock.Please note, we have a strict “no pets policy” due to this being our 2nd home and family members with animal allergies.***In response to our 1 star review***Tim’s reservation was for 3 nights. On the 2nd night, he asked to rent a 4th night, which we agreed to.There are 18 text messages between Tim and I during his stay. He never states that he has any issues with the condition of the property or using its amenities.We provide professional cleaning in between renters, detailed instructions on how to use the property amenities, and have a local caretaker to assist our guests should an issue arise.Based on our interaction with Tim, we were blindsided by his review. We reached out to ask why he never mentioned his property concerns and requested documentation of his complaints. He has not responded.
