My home is located in the South End arts district of Burlington; safe, quiet, and centrally located. Easy access from rt 89 with lots of easy off street parking for up to 4 cars. Blocks from Citizen Cider, Art’s Riot, and other South End breweries, event spaces, and restaurants. Only 1/2 mile walk to Burlington’s famous Church Street open air marketplace, Lake Champlain water front park, and bike path. The perfect location for full access to all of Burlington’s unique attractions!This South End home makes visiting Burlington easy. Large private backyard, on site laundry, spacious basement lounge with couches and smart TV. The first floor features an open plan with bright kitchen, dining room, living space, and half bath. Attached garage for playing games, storing adventure equipment (skis, tents, bikes, etc.) or additional parking. Second floor features 3 bedrooms and one full bath. One large room with 2 queen memory foam mattresses, one standard room with 1 queen memory foam mattresses, and one smaller room with a twin over full bunk bed, with memory foam mattresses.
