Summary:This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Previous guests have reserved my place for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance (super close to the convention center), surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, brewery tours, restaurants and cool attractions, Parents Weekend at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…you name it!The Space:Peaceful suite with cozy and cute living room.This apartment is on the 1st floor. Enjoy the front porch just outside your door.The space is very spacious and cozy. It is fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 3 people.***Bedroom: It has a very comfortable queen size bed.***Living space: 55 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a twin-size bed. dedicated working desk.***Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.***Kitchen: well stocked kitchen. Electrical stove, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, etc.***Coffee bar: K-cup coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.***Internet: High speed WI-FI internet.***We have also provided a fan and a heater for comfort.***Parking situation: large parking lot behind the house accessed via alleyway. There is also free street parking as well.Guest Access:This apartment is on the 1st floor when you walk into the main entrance of the main building. for this unit you have private patio on the back. There are shared spaces you can enjoy as well (front porch, backyard, laundry room in the basement).Other Things to Note:As for smoking, it is NOT allowed inside of apartment or building, but feel free to do so on the front porch or your private patio use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.If you’re traveling for business and need a regular place from which to come and go, let me know.
