Conveniently located right between the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Sail Bay, just a block to either one and about a half mile North of historic Belmont Park with amusement and entertainment!The light and airy living room has high ceilings and skylight, tastefully and comfortably furnished with new Pergo-style wood floors.The California-style kitchen is open to the living room and has tile countertops and natural wood cabinets. The first bedroom has a top of the line queen bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs is a large, semi-enclosed loft area with a queen bed, sitting space, and a door to a small balcony. Upstairs you will also find a cozy nook with a trundle bed (two singles). Ceiling height in the trundle bed area is about 5 feet so it’s best for kids. There are two bathrooms in the home, a full bath/shower downstairs and a walk-in shower upstairs.We can provide an air conditioning unit for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve the inventory.No need to search for parking by the beach as this unit comes with it’s own garage! Please see parking restrictions below. Extra large vehicles won’t fit but there is free overnight parking a few blocks away. There is also a coin operated laundry room near the garage for your convenience.
