The house also has a laundry room with a large washer and dryer.Upstairs offers Master Bedroom, with King bed, walk-in closet, Roku TV with Hulu subscription, and large bathroom with a walk-in shower.Upstairs has Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, each with one Queen bed, Roku TV and a shared full bath.Downstairs has Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5, each offering one full and one single bed, sleeping 6 total. House includes all the “under the kitchen sink” necessities so you do not have to pack all the boring stuff. So we keep stocked for our guests: starter paper towels and toilet paper, dish soap, fresh sponges, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, napkins, trash bags, disinfectant cleaner, coffee filters, tin foil, saran wrap, baggies, cooking spray, salt/pepper, and laundry detergent.Our home is in an ideal location, right at the top of the mountain, walking distance to the pool, mini-golf, go-karts, and more.The community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. We have will purchased a ‘renters pool pass’ which allows guest access without the homeowner present. Bring pass and entry fee – $6 per person/day (5yo and under free) with in and out privileges. It is a lovely pool with diving board, lounging space and well-stocked snack bar. The Ice Cream stand is also there.
