Cottage 09 is a two-story townhome-style cottage and has the largest heated square footage of any of the rental cottages. The Osprey floor plan includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with master (King) on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, each with Queen Beds and private baths on the second floor. Open kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, island, and breakfast bar. Large dining and expanded living area (sofa bed) open to the paver patio with gas grill. Full laundry on the second floor. Both second-level bedrooms open to a large balcony with seating for 6. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the tranquil ocean views and soft ocean breeze. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
