This cottage has an oversized bar top, which seats four, and a large dining table, which also seats six.Flowing from the dining area is the living room, which boasts two large comfy sofas and a fireplace and leads out to the screened-in porch with dining seating and an outdoor grill for grilling up your favorites. This master suite is on the main level, with an oversized shower and walk-in linen closet. At the base of the stairs, you will find the powder room, along with the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms; one with bunk beds for the kids and one with a queen bed for the adults. Each room has a private bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. Both of these rooms have access to the furnished balcony with ocean views, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
