GARDEN COTTAGE 23 THE COTTAGES AT JEKYLL ISLAND BEACH ACCESS – SWIMMNG POOL…Garden Cottage 23 Enjoy the serenity of Jekyll in the newest garden rental at The Cottages at Jekyll Island. This two-story townhome-style beach cottage offers a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, dining/living area, master suite, and laundry on the first level. The master suite (KING ) and living area are both open to a large lower screened porch complete with a porch swing. Enjoy cooking up your favorite BBQ on the rear patio..Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker. The second level boasts two ensuites (QUEEN) (TWIN TRUNDLE)) each with access to a large balcony. In addition, guests have access by key fob to The Cottage million dollar amenities, which include an oceanfront zero entry pool, beach deck, clubhouse with fitness center and billiards table, community fire pit, beach access. Monthly Winter Rates are available upon request. Linens included. Coffee pot: Keurig and standard Mr. CoffeeTwo Car Parking Max – No trailers of any kind allowed. NO SMOKING NO PETSIf our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCEES:OCEAN ACCESS FROM BEACH NOT AVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE. DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESSThe Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
