Open concept floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen with KitchenAid appliances. The master suite is located on the first floor. Both the living area and master bedroom are open to a screened porch with comfortable seating. Large fenced backyard with paver patio and gas fire pit and gas grill.The second floor offers full laundry and 2 bedrooms each with a private bath and access to the large screened upper balcony. Single car garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests to use. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island’s million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit Linens included. DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESSThe Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
