Every street is filled with something to discover, and with our downtown location, you’ll have access to it all.Please note that this suite is located below a three bedroom house, so you may occasionally hear some noise from the guests above. The City Ordinance states that a sound can’t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Smoking will incur a $250 fine.- Bath products are for use during your stay and are not to be taken.Thank you in advance for complying with the house rules. I look forward to hosting you!
