The neighboring rail trail allows guest easy access to additional hiking without the need to travel by car. Walking distance to the town of Gardiner. The rail trail passes a nearby School with playground, skateboard park, & basketball hoops. A small airport is nearby, Skydivers can be viewed from the backyard flying into the nearby landing area.Other things to noteThe care taker is nearby. The outside of the property has security cameras that focus on the driveway and the front entrance way. Max 2 vehicles per stay unless further approved. Special needs are welcome and can be discussed prior to booking but might included a further surcharge.No parties, No smoking, No Guest of Guest. Washer and Dryer use is for stays 3 nights or longer.**1 small to medium size dog allowed per stay.
