This home cannot be used for any parties &/or weddings etc. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars. The landlord has exclusive access to the 2 security cameras on the exterior front door and deck. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles &/or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fines up to $1,000 – IN ADDITION to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking &/or drug use allowed.
