The home is 1500 square feet with high vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group.**STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE LIVING SPACES**SLEEPING AREAS:Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroomGuest bedroom with queen size bedGuest bathroom in hallwayCOMMON AREAS:Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).OTHER NOTES:*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. They have access to the common grounds and services may occur during your stay.
