This area is located ½ mile off US 60, 2 Miles from light rail, 4 miles from Loop 101, Downtown Mesa and the Loop 202. This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area and community club house. This is a newer community, and the town home is connected to other residential homes. GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)PARKING:Please Park in the garage. The garage can accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. Larger vehicles will need to be registered in the community for additional parking. Hours are limited. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:*NO PETS**Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $300, the tenant pays any utilities over cap.
