Welcome to Dockside Escape-305, your Clearwater Beach home away from home! This is a 2bd/2ba 1100 sq ft non-smoking condo located in the heart of south Clearwater Beach on the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins at play, or take your latte to go for a short 1.5 block walk to the public beach access. Everything is within walking distance of this condo!We rent Saturday to Saturday. Please contact property manager if you wish to book during a different timeframe.Dockside Escape was recently renovated with the vacationer in mind to provide the perfect family getaway. The condo features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a guest bedroom with a queen and twin-sized bed. Sleeps 5 max, including children. Both rooms include large, flat-screen TVs, ample closet space, plenty of drawers, and nightstands with built-in electrical and USB ports.For those guests who intend to cook during their vacation, Dockside Escape features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cooking and grilling utensils, a blender, toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, and baking dishes. We’ve thought of everything, including a coffee bar! Start your morning with a fresh cup of Starbucks® or Dunkin Donuts® using the Keurig® Coffee, Latte, and Cappuccino Maker complete with a frother. Not a coffee fan? We’ve got you covered with Twinings® English Breakfast Tea.Dockside Escape has top of the line furnishings and linens, ceramic flooring throughout, and custom-built sliding barn doors that evoke a rustic beach feel. A wall of windows floods the kitchen, dining, and living room with tons of natural light and frames the palm tree-lined harbor where you are sure to see dolphins, and if you’re very lucky, a manatee.Spend the day at the beach with chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler, and cart all provided for you, or enjoy an afternoon in the community heated swimming pool. However you decide to spend your vacation, be sure to check out Clearwater Beach’s Pier 60, where nightly entertainment takes place. The area has so much to offer, and our beach house is in the middle of it all!Sorry; no smoking/vaping or pets. No exceptions.
