Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. There is a community dock that guests may fish from but private property, such as boats, is not to be touched or otherwise disturbed.*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available.
