Inside, guests are welcomed into a large great room with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and access to a balcony overlooking the San Miguel River. The balcony has a small propane grill and great views of the surrounding peaks and the river.The adjacent dining room has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has updated granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, blender, and all of the utensils needed to complete any full meal.The Primary Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.This complex has a prime location on the San Miguel River with easy access to the gondola, ski lifts, hiking, biking, shopping, dining and more. Town Park is just a short walk to the east and the Bear Creek Falls trailhead is down the block. This home also has a private ski locker.- There is no A/C at this property.- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Ghostriders 5 is right above the mechanical room and may be warm at times inside the property.- This home has access to a communal hot tub.- Telluride experiences “off-seasons” in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
