Please review prior to submitting your booking.-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm – 7 am.- No Patio Access after 10 pm- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.- High Chair & Pack n’ Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.PETSThis property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.-This is a Two Story Duplex, 2 Bed/2 Bath Apt Downstairs, 5 Bed/3 Bath Apt Upstairs.- Stairs are required to access the upper 5 Bedroom/3 Bath home.- 4 Car Tandem Garage, (2 Deep) Truck/SUV Permitted. No parking on the driveway or blocking the garage/sidewalk.- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
