From time to time as there is with all houses, there may become features, appliances, and amenities that may become unavailable via malfunctioning, normal wear and tear, etc. By booking and/or staying in our residence you are agreeing to waive your right for additional compensation mediated by any booking platform as long as we attempt to address the issue.
