The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. There is also a 40×25 fish pond with a fountain right where the 2 private driveways split left and right off the home.The backyard has an incredible set up with a massive gunite pool for the summer time and 6-person hot tub that is open all year round. Behind the Waterfall there is a horseshoe pit and an acre of flat lawn that is well maintained for any other backyard games. Adjacent to the pool there is a converted shed that is now an outdoor bar with seating for 4-5 people.
