Welcome to Cricket Farms! Girls’ Getaway, anyone?This adorable two-bedroom, one-bath short-term rental is a little slice of heaven. Listen…you can hear the cows in the nearby pasture as you enjoy your morning coffee!When you’re done playing for the day, sit back and relax in the outdoor seating, dine in a natural setting, and cozy up to the gas fireplace.Who doesn’t love a place to rest, rejuvenate, and be surrounded by country living at its finest?-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $28 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).- We are located off of the main road. Expect to hear road noise.- There are also spots on the property for RV hookups. During the antique show, expect to see other people on the property!- The rental does not have a kitchen!-Concierge service available! Private chef, grocery delivery, in-room massage, and more!- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!This rental only includes the LEFT side of the house.
