One flight of stairs.Some spaces are shared – There’s an entrance hallway that is shared. Possible shared laundryGuest access:You will have the entire basement to yourselves, however, there is a shared mudroom/entry hallway/laundry room before leading to the separate entrances for upstairs and downstairs. 3 kids, a baby, and I are home throughout the day and depending on what room they are in, can be heard from downstairs. Our yard is partially landscaped, but still a work in progress. You are also welcome to use the shared patio space which includes hammocks, a porch swing, and a fire table. Memorial park is only a block away and has lots of green grass, space for walking/running, playgrounds, tennis, volleyball, and more.Interaction with guests:We, a family of six (three kids and a baby), live upstairs and should be available for any emergencies/assistance. We stay connected with guests from the first inquiry to the final checkout.
