A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home. Texas Beach, a popular local hangout on the James River, is just over the bridge on the north side.You’re only a ten minute drive to The Fan, Carytown, and Museum District. Just over the bridge, take a stroll around Byrd Park or the beautiful gardens of Maymont. Also only 10 minutes to all of the sights and sounds of Downtown Richmond and Shockoe Bottom.
