This finely maintained summer cottage built in the 1820s overlooks Hodgkins Cove in Gloucester Massachusetts.Unique and special amenities include 2 private beach accesses, consistently spectacular sunset views over Hodgkins Cove and Ipswich Bay, and hiking/walking paths on a 55 acre private estate (yes really!).It comfortably sleeps 11, has 5 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a downstairs porch, and and upstairs nightclub (which is a covered screened in outdoor lounge area great for evening cocktails to watch the sunsets).It’s located 5 miles from Bearskin Neck in downtown Rockport and 5 miles from downtown Gloucester. Both downtowns are filled with very nice, family restaurants, fun boutiques, and art galleries.Enjoy water views from most rooms in the house.
