Nature lovers will be thrilled to observe native and migrating wildlife in and around the community. Cameras, binoculars and field guides are a must!For our golf loving guests there are 3 golf courses within 2 miles of our home: Gold Canyon Golf Resort (1 mile), Dinosaur Mountain (1 mile) and Mountain Brook (1.6 miles). The home’s location is also perfect for hiking the Superstition Mountains, sightseeing at Boyce Thompson Arboretum and visiting the Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace which runs weekends, February through April. Restaurants, museums, shopping and a freeway system that takes you wherever you want to go are all a short drive from the neighborhood.~ GOLDEN LIVING SPACES ~This single story home has an open floor plan and is furnished to create a stylish yet comfortable home away from home. The great room has plush seating for the ultimate in cozy and a large TV. ALL TVs in the home are smart TVs with a digital antenna. The fireplace is for decoration and not usable. Wifi is complimentary.The fully stocked custom kitchen with bar seating flows into the great room. The kitchen has everything the chef needs to create culinary masterpieces. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. A dining area adjacent to the kitchen will host more formal meals and special guests. Split bedroom floor plan separates the primary suite from other bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet and views of the back yard. A modern barn door opens into the primary bath which features a sumptuous garden tub, walk-in modern shower and dual vanity sinks.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Bathroom 2 is shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a newly added walk-in shower.A dedicated laundry room with family-size appliances means your wardrobe is always ready for the next adventure. The garage has space for 2 vehicles and there is parking for 2 more vehicles on the driveway. Private new putting green keeps you practiced and ready to win your next golf game. There are 2 propane fire pits: one is built-in and one is free standing. A ping pong table will challenge you and a friend to over the top competition. Two bicycles are provided for guests who prefer touring the area on 2 wheels.This is the perfect home away from home for couples or a family who long for paradise in sunny and warm Arizona! Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.ALL TVs are smart TVs with digital antenna.The pool heating fee is $55.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
