Located in the much-desired East Beach neighborhood on St. Simons Island, this beautiful multi-level vacation home has everything guests will need to enjoy island living.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Off the family room is an outdoor screened-in dining porch.The house has 2 king master suites -* The first master suite has a king size bed, extra day bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with separate tub, shower and double vanities.* The second master suite has a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom, which has a combination tub/shower.Additional guest bedrooms are a queen and 2 single twin beds, which share a jack-n-jill bathroom with combination tub/shower.Below deck of the main living level is a fun zone with one bunk with a trundle, another bunk, and a futon.
