Potential Fee applies for heater on pool. Covered Lanai and new netting around pool. Pool has 3′ shallow end and 6′ deep end.•View of a lake and Golf course from pool area.•Fully furnished.•No animals due to allergies.•No smoking in or on property.•Short term and long term availability.•Discount for long term rental•10-15 min from 3 different beaches• Pool/Beach towels are provided by the pool door. There are 10 there. There are also 8 towels on the beds for baths. Nowhere on the property is smoking or vaping allowed.
