Very comfortable home with split bedroom setup allowing privacy and separate bathrooms. Primary bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen size bed. Our home has been recently remodeled with up to date kitchen, bathrooms, floors. All floors are bamboo or slate, no carpeting.The home has a covered patio area and overlooks the 10th fairway of Red Mountain Ranch Golf Club.The area provides comfortable walking options and many biking trails are nearby. Our home is situated in a quiet established neighborhood. The home is just a few miles from Lake Saguaro recreation area.There are several grocery stores within 2 miles. Also nearby is a Walgreens, Home Depot, and many good restaurants. Los Sendas golf course is less than two miles away. Their club house has an awesome patio eating area where you can enjoy seeing the Phoenix city lights.Our home is just a few blocks from a 202 Loop exit. The location is very convenient (approximately 20 minutes) to Mesa Gateway, Sky Harbor airports and downtown Phoenix.
