There is a 55″ 4K ROKU TV with sound bar in the family room, a remote control natural gas fireplace, premium Simmons mattresses, and off street garage parking with space in the driveway for two additional cars.The home is located in the Westlake area of Daly City (close to the iconic Original Joe’s restaurant as well as to many other eateries). It provides convenient access to public transportation (San Mateo County Transit and BART) and stores such as Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Walgreens. This is a neighborhood of single-family homes is quiet and provides easy access to the ocean including Thornton State Beach (15-minute walk) and Fort Funston.The property is super close to San Francisco (SF is actually right behind the backyard fence!). By car, it takes 15 minutes to get downtown or to the airport (SFO), and only 20 minutes to get to the Golden Gate Bridge or to Oracle Park. The location is convenient to the city, but because of its proximity to nature, the home allows a nice respite from the urban density of the city. It is also very close to some of the best surfing in the SF area with Rockaway and Linda Mar State Beaches being only a 15-minute drive away.
