If that doesn’t sound good enough, the beach is only a 15 minute drive from your cozy getaway.Working from home in the morning and play golf, bike or just watching the wildlife in the evening the house offers all these options.The house harbors laminate flooring and tiles throughout, with all new modern furniture. Our 3 bedrooms with one king bed, one queen bed and one queen pull put sofa bed can easily accommodate an entire family. Our two baths means that there won’t be any fighting over shower time. The property is equipped with 3 flat screen smart TVs. Our dining room table comfortably seats 6, and our kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The barbecue outside is perfect for grilling up vegetables, meats or even ribs. If you don’t feel like cooking, there is an array of good restaurants around.What is there to do?Besides the obvious beach outing, there is plenty of golf to be played. Our home is surrounded by 5 golf courses and actually sits right next to the course. If golf isn’t your thing, you can take a leisurely stroll around the friendly neighborhood and enjoy all the wildlife or just relax and observe it from the backyard. If the kids are itching for more entertainment, Disney World is an approximate 2 hour drive. Want to head over to the white sand beach of Clearwater? That’s a little less than two hours as well.
