In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.Kitchen: Fully stocked – includes cups, plates, utensils, keurig coffee maker along with drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating. Pond views!Bedroom 1: King bed with a TV & pond views.Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Shower/Tub.Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.Guest Access:You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized golf courses nearby (extra fees apply). Pack n Play and high chair are available for your use in the condo.The Neighborhood:This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.Other Things to Note:PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.Cancellation Policy – Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement.
