The first floor boasts the large living area with TV/DVD player and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy each other after a day at the beach. The dining area features a beautiful table with seating for six. The large kitchen is fully stocked for your use with the comforts of home. A small kitchen table for fours is nice for eating your breakfast or lunch. Off the kitchen is the very popular screened in porch. Also on the main floor is the guest bedroom with two twin beds. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened in porch and it has a adjoining full bathroom.Walk up the stairs to the large master bedroom with king size bed, TV and attached full bathroom. There are two balconies to relax on with a good book. There is a gas grill for your use too.**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTALOnce the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Please Note: amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
